Your Appointment

So you've booked your beloved pooch in for a pamper? Amazing! I cannot wait to meet them! Here are some helpful tips to make sure your appointment goes perfectly.

Making your appointment

  • There are many ways to get in contact to book an appointment, please go to the Contact page to find out more

  • When making your appointment please let us know everything about your dog, the more we know the more they will get out of their groom. When they were last groomed, any medical conditions and allergies etc.

Arriving at the cabin

  • When making your appointment we would have chosen a time that suits us both. It is important you arrive on time as each dog has their own time allocation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to rearrange your appointment and you may be charged.

  • Please make sure your dog has been to the toilet before their groom

  • When you arrive at the farm your dog/s must be on their lead. It is a working farm with livestock.

  • We will arrange a collection time that suits us both

  • Whilst you wait, why not visit the Harvest Cafe and Farm Shop inside Farmer Gows. They offer food, hot and cold drinks and free Wifi.

After the groom

  • As soon as your dog's groom is finished, you can collect them!

  • When you arrive you can choose which spritz you'd like on your dog from our collection of natural fragrance sprays

  • If you are late picking up your dog there will be a £5 sitting fee for every 15 minutes past our agreed time.

Payments

  • I accept bank transfer, card and cash. BACS payments are preferred (cut out the middleman!), but must be paid within 12 hours. If its paid after the 12 hours there is a £20 charge
